Executive Director

Shirley took the position of Executive Director in January of 2002. In the past year many
advances have been made. Our facilities have been completely upgraded and our focus is now
intensely directed to our mission statement. Several new programs have been added, such
as Grandma's House (a home for babies born in prison) Operation Andrew (a volunteer mentoring
program) and Dream Loud Art Club (a summer program that brings professionals from the
community in to assist children and teens in their dreams).

Case Manager/Volunteer Coordinator

In the role of Case Manager, Marcy is currently the person who first builds relationships and begins
evaluating/meeting the needs of our clients. She is a court liason who helps us facilitate our goal
of maintaining positive contact with both the judicial and correctional systems. As Volunteer
Coordinator, she works to keep the volunteer force at Gracious Promise strong and motivated.

Director of Employment

Gary's goals in the Employment Office are two-fold. First, to educate and inform employers on the
benefits of hiring ex-offenders. This also includes securing resources to help a spouse left behind by
incarceration. Second, to assess ex-offenders and their spouses and provide employment resources/
career training necessary for a better future.

Operations Manager

Billy works at the Gracious Promise and Grandma's House sites to maintain computer and electronic
systems. He also provides support for email and updates the website content. He is actively
involved in grant writing, reporting, writing copy and design work for promotional releases.
